Overcoming Self-Doubt
Self-doubt is the biggest bully, ever. You don't even have to go outside yourself to hear deprecating self-talk about your thoughts and actions, how you feel and look, who values you-if anyone, your likelihood of success, who has your back? who is trustworthy, etc.
Does Emotional Resolution replace Therapy?
