Workplace Stress Project
How can we be happy and productive in an inherently stressful workplace?
We all want to work in an environment that supports our creativity and skills. There are many potentially abrasive components in the day-to-day of any job. Little irritations eventually become big frustrations. Our unique set of triggers can be a combination of

Bad decision making
Defending proposals and giving presentations
And more

How is EmRes Working in the Workplace?
I was in IT for 28 years, working from programmer to consulting. At the end, I was frustrated and very angry about the unrealistic expectations that seemed to come along with every project. I really wish I had know about EmRes back then. If I had, I would probably still be working in IT today, happily!
Sue Siebens, Emotional Health Consultant, Your EmRes Guide
I had an Emotional Resolution session with Sue for my debilitating anxiety when called to speak in large meetings at work. I was in a meeting today, no anxiety, felt great and I was better able to listen and absorb the information. Didn't realize I wasn't before.

Working with Emotional Resolution has been a
positive experience. The rapid progress allowed us to address different issues in each session with immediate results. The process, although in depth, is extremely easy and Sue makes each visit pleasant.

I have had a couple of positive experiences this week where I felt trapped in a situation between my company and a customer. Instead of getting so upset, I stayed clear headed and was able to handle the situation. The Emotional Resolution session completely resolved the issue. Thank you!

Emotional Resolution, EmRes, is truly wonderful … it WORKS! Sue has helped me work on releasing emotions that have held me hostage for a long time! She guided me through this amazing process, gently helping me to first recognize then feel, then release the emotion! Each session ended with a “WOW! “ moment! Truly life altering!

Thanks again for an amazing class and great
introduction to EmRes! I can’t wait to see positive changes in my own life and experience.

The EmRes, Emotional Resolution, technique is a
disarmingly simple and powerful tool for emotional regulation. I came to Sue to work on a pervasive
irritation—something that happens frequently and I know that my response is bigger than the situation warrants. In less than 45 minutes, this particular irritant was completely disarmed. The irritant still occurs with as much frequency as before, but I have zero "trigger" to it. It's just another moment in my day-to-day life that's not in my control. Thank you, Sue!
